- At Pexip Engage, we can pre-filter the list of topics to the ones related to that category. We enable this through Lead Segments: a Lead Segment Code can be passed when triggering a scheduling flow. Consecutively, only those subjects allowed by this ‘filter’ will be available to be scheduled.
