In this use case, the visitor is on the website section where (s)he can look for and/or select a specific office, branch, or showroom.
- Given that the visitor is in the office section, (s)he will likely be interested in scheduling a meeting with a certain branch or showroom.
- One of the parameters that can be passed along in a Pexip Engage scheduling flow is theOffice ID: so in this case we specify an ‘office location’ in the CTA <Meet in ‘City Name’> - for example.
- The rest of the flow is again generic, meaning the visitor freely selects a subject, meeting type, and advisor. As the meeting location is predefined, only subjects related to that office are shown in the flow.
Note: it’s also possible to fix the meeting channel by predefining the meeting type (phone, video, in-branch, or on-location). This could be used to promote a meeting channel: “schedule a video meeting”, or “visit us virtually” may trigger people that prefer not to travel physically. Or, perhaps a more old-school approach: “schedule a phone call” or “talk to us” may be attractive to yet another category of visitors. The consequence is that only subjects offered through that channel will be shown for each office.
